I mean, it's not a manager who priotise the work, because that's us, sort of. I mean, he does it is on his own mostly, but we're there. But it is the people he is accountable to. The way he feels it, and we all, we all feel it that way, is, it's the community work. And is supposed to be doing. He things that need to be done, but that you can't really demand of volunteers that they do. So i think that's working out fairly well, yes.
