59% of people said they feel calmer when not on social media. 41% say they feel anxious to get back at it and check in. 54% were like me, two to four hours and 33% said four plus hours. Only 14% said they were on Instagram or on their screens for less than two hours a day. If that's not serving you well, if that's not filling your cup or making you feel good then question whether you're using it in a way that's benefiting you or doing you harm in the long term.
