The Role of Bile Acids in Intra-Patient Colostasis
The clinical presentation of ICP is based on itchiness or pridus. Diagnosis can be a clinical one alone and it does not require any specific biopsy. The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists know that's not here in the US. But just remember that sometimes the itchiness can actually present first and then the serum bowel acids present later.
