The Relationship Between the Judgment and the Judge
The relationship between the judge and those who were being judged had a very high degree of legitimacy. The people actually knew the judge probably quite personally and probably for a long time respected their wisdom. And then the second is that in some sense, because that's true across the entire field, the judgments of the judge become self enforcing. That's the argument. I'll just ask Jordan, if I treated the argument fairly, the synopsis, and then we'll proceed.
