Is Cotlin a Good Fit?

i have always been interested by a a fighting er, a good trade of between dynamic and static languages. It provides a short cot but with the same level of static typing. I really like staticly type language, because i like to complete. But at the same time, i want yo to shot our syntac so er, that that whereer, i think cotin is really, er, agood fit.
