Is More Money Worth It?
I think having money increases a lot of comforts and convenience in your life. But it obviously cannot protect you against the things that are most distressing to go through in life, like terminal illness or being widowed. No amount of money will stop those things from happening to you. And I do think it really makes the rest of life easier. It's less about the expectation that it will convey any additional quality of life, really. Now I think it's a game of watching numbers go higher. Like I just want to win the game of capitalism.It's not.
