The Differential Diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatology is a multidisciplinary field of disease that includes rheumatoid arthritis and polyarthritis. Rheumatologists try to identify the difference between mechanical or degenerative arthritis, which can be more painful at the end of the day than in the morning. We'll start by looking at one patient's clinical case from Cashlack Memorial Hospital who has pain in her hands, right wrist and right knee.
