The SME Knowledge Sharing Technique

A lot of SMEs insist on high technical language and stuff as a form of knowledge sharing or excuse me, knowledge hoarding. It's like, I don't want anybody else knowing what I can do because then all of a sudden, I'm expendable. So if you can say, okay, your power here is breaking down this concept in a way that new people can understand not only helps you personally but it also helps the whole company.
