The Benefits of Blue Light in the Morning
The sun is one of the best things you can do in the morning early. Blue light emits dopamine and dopamine helps you stay alert and awake. It's not some evil wavelength of light that should be avoided at all costs throughout the day. Low levels of blue light or just low levels of light in general at night is what's also going to help get your circadian rhythm nice and settled.
