Road Maps Are a Craze

i ran product and engineering at mead up until earlier this year. There had been no road map when i got there. I want to get into some key questions you need to ask yourself, because road maps can be great opportunities, but they also are tricky waters. And i'm hoping that some of the questions that i pose to day help you avoid those mistakes and make your maps stronger and sharper.
