Do You Have a Lawsuit Against the Department of Agriculture?

The agriculture department settled a lawsuit back in 1999 over allegations that had discriminated against black families. The outcome was supposed to be payments, I believe up to $50,000 for those that had been discriminated against. However, that didn't necessarily happen. There are some instances where advocates say even attorney malpractice came into play and these farmers were never able to get their settlement. And now we're here again in 2023 and Biden's trying to do it.
