Redirecting Is a Skill, Not an Automatic Response

One of the easiest ways to show respect is by simply listening. But a lot of times we don't have the patience or discipline to actually listen effectively. Research was on multicultural competence, ther are three components to multicultural competence: knowledge, skills and awareness. And so what we're talking about right now are skills. You know, what are some of those skills to re direct conversations?
