Fed raises interest rates by three quarters of a percentage point, 0.75 for third straight meeting. They're forecasting more to come in the next two meetings, I think, another two of these. The money supply is controlled by how easy it is to get money. And so when interest rates change and interest rates go up, then the bank is charging you more for that $500,000.
