i find that these learnings, i think, are applicable to all areas of our lives. The most vivid example i can think of is a question that most parents ask their children when they come home from school. And so what i learned by spending time with these groups and looking at the real dynamics and processes of great culture is it's better to start with vulnerability - like you start with fallibility. So instead of asking that question, you see, you share something that you screwed up that day, and you will be shocked at how much that simple fled from hey, it's about me.
