How to Make Sense of a Workplace
I think some really smart business anthropologist or ethnographer should write a book that helps us make sense of a workplace. I know from talking to many people that when you get hired at a lot of organizations they just sort of push you off the deep end and to the pool. There's not a lot of good onboarding. And an ethnographer could teach a lot of readers how to do that in a way that would dramatically speed up things like onboarding. Like to help you make sense or create a map of where you now work.
