What's It Cost Versus Wind?
In the 1990s, wind was still much more expensive. Coal and hydro and nuclear were much less expensive on this levelized basis. So all of that working down the technology experience curve and learning to work out the kinks, that's all been done in the past with those mature technologies. Once you get to the 90s, natural gas is kind of the newest, latest, greatest thing. It matures very quickly. That maturity is really catalyzed by the growth of fracking, making the input fuel so cheap. And so now you get this substantially better technology.
