How Do You Deal With a Too High Evaluation?
Bing might just start putting the chat GBT answer at the top. It's an encumbrance solution or dilemma kind of solution, which I generally think is a good strategy. The founder needs to take ownership of the problem and be very clear that we need somebody who wants to work with us to hit escape policy or succeed. What's definitely not going to work is coming in from the guns blazing like, oh, I raised it this and I want more money.
