The Importance of PP2 in C++

Andreas Schulder: I want to kind of just dig dig a little bit deeper into that because it's been such a hot topic. This is something we've discussed at length with Demi about vile and with Richard about carbon. We actually had an episode last time dedicated entirely just to kind of safety and security and C++ with Andreas. All of these are potential sources of undefined behavior in C ++, which is a problem for many people. Can you give us like a brief overview of what the PP2 actually solves or aims to solve?
