What's the Process for a Full Time Developer?
Lan: People don't give people enough credit for their ability to come into these organizations, learn what's going on, and then scale it and start killing it. So the members, the corps members on all the different teams i described, are earning essential, a full time salary a month ta month, and based on their contribution. For key areas, like a smart contract entioneer, we will first do a hiring post, just laying out, like, what we're looking for. And then ot, what point does the do need meed to approve that, or is it just kind of included with the quarterly budget?
