How to Create a Rich Digital Offering
I once wrote a two hour training product on decoding a very formal certificate. That is absolutely what to have gone back to the organization and say, now do you know what, we'll save everyone two hours. I think there's this kind of really blinkred mindset that says, right, okay, learning is this and it must look like this,. It must take this long, it must be on this platform or in this environment. But actually now the conversations moved on so much more to things like, you know, performance tools and in the flow of work learning.
