The Importance of Balance in Personal Training

I think there was definitely a top down. We do need to get to these sets or these are key sets throughout the week, but at the same time, there was adjustments being made on the fly based off how the group was looking. It's also easy to stereotype and we could easily stereotype the personal trainer that's just basically playing around the whole time with nothing that's getting overloaded. I think everyone's pretty that gets, you know, thrown out there pretty regularly. But it's like, well, on the other side, there is that overly rigid, completely top down, no bottom up approach to things.
