I've Never Touched a Speed Oven, but I Don't See a Problem With One
Ethan: Most of the time, if heating is the choke point, it's because you want to hold something at a very low temperature. And in that case, i don't see how a speed oven would help you. I thought that table top convection ovens were stupid until i tried one. Now the only thing that i think is stupid is the name that peopley usually use in reference to tabletop convectionovens, which i refuse to say, but it rhymes with bear flier.
