Michael Ashcroft mentioned to me and passing that he thought that from what he could tell it seemed like your education and upbringing and critical rationalism made it easier for you to learn Alexander technique. And then if these methods do you tend to use when like when do you reach for say focusing versus, you know, Alexander technique or internal family systems or something like that.
