The idea that almost anything could be discrimination was already very well established in American law by 1970 Supreme Court. And so, I think it's a clean x versus tissue. The left has learned how to not only manipulate the law as an offensive capacity, but also to evade the law as in the defensive capacity. But if you look at the implementation bureaucratically legally institutionally and it's almost like you're looking at two separate things entirely.
