The Relationship Between Your Boss and Your Manager
The relationship with your boss is one of the most important relationships at work. Some people don't like to be led in a certain way, so they adapt their behaviour. If you have a red boss and read employee, that's one thing. But if you have a green an green employee, it's a whole different story. Leading is tricky. It's really difficult. That's why i wrote my book the way i did, by dividing it doing this kind of a matrix way of looking at things.
