Sen. John Cornyn: It's a little glib to say it's a mental health problem. We have 46% of the privately owned weapons, firearms in the world in our country and we only have 4% of the population. Why can't we move forward on some of those things that don't restrict the right of law abiding citizens to own their guns under the Constitution? But may stop people who shouldn't have guns from getting them?
