How Long Have You Been in the Teaching Role?

When i was in high school, if not before, i definitely would read my friends papers and give them advice for making them better. And so that was clearly an early form of teaching. Now you've been promoted cently as education research and leader of the academic development at exeter university. So does that role involve, more or less oteagi what we do? In my team, we have staff that face students and also fahase staff that face staff. Before i was, before i moved into this role, i was doing a lot more of if staff facing, actually working with the staff. But now i oversee that, but i still dabble a little bit. The
