Stress is still one of those pieces that I think everybody, it impacts everybody. And again, the idea that we can reframe how we think about that and therefore by reframing it, creating a new mindset for ourselves, we can have a positive outcome from that. The idea that the sweaty palms that I have in front before going up on stage to make a presentation aren't necessarily reflecting how nervous and scared I am, but about how excited I am. Just that reconstruction of those physiological components of that faster heart rate,. the shallow breathing, all of those pieces can come back into play.
