David Parker Ray is a through and through sexual sadist. He would cut out magazines from his granddad's porn magazines that were given to him. His grandfather was an alcoholic who beat him almost every single day. So I think obviously not everybody who faces trauma like he did as a child goes on to develop sexual sadism. But for David Parker Ray violence and sex and pleasure meshed together in a way that he could never then pull apart again.
