Coach education is an incredible low impact endeavor that coach education is like in netball I can start playing at six and get sucked into a space where that is how coaching is done. Today's players are tomorrow's coaching so those six-year olds in 20 or 30 years time are going to arrive some of them on a coach development course and we're going to have to try and undo all of this stuff. It's not just about what we do in coach development it's about the wider sporting cultures and how we conceptualize player development through you know starting from the very youngest agesthose foundation years through into talent development into competitionwhat does that look like?
