The Effect of Trimming Back on Affirmative Action on Leadership

If you can get in the front door of leadership without having have an Ivy League degree, potential avenues of growth would be open. The pressure on the elite places to have racial diversity in order for America to have a diverse leadership would be relaxed. And if the number three, one, two, and three places can't generate as many black graduates because they're not permitted to lower their standards on behalf of black applicants, that'll force the next stage of the process to look more broadly than just the harvests and the prisons of the world. It will undermine the elitism of the structure in a much more fundamental way.
