Many times our imaginations just aren't expansive enough to consider the ways that these new knowledge and skills may actually benefit the world in some way. I think nourishing our teachers and our support staff with the same things that nourish every one time money resources is really where a lot of it is. The grounding for joy is going to be those time resources and so we've got to find that somehow.
