i'm a lot less insecure than i was, just as a person, i just know i am. I think everyone would ree with that on paper, but when you add actual personalities and an inhuman and all our flaws with insecurities and egos, and it just seems to dissolve so quickly. Kim talks about this ind our podcast as well, like, sort of loud listening versus quiet listening. She loves to ask questions. And by the way, the more we start to do that, the more welcomed it's actually going to help us get better.
