The Stages of Team Formation

There are what I like to technical term is really getting through those humps in a semester. Not everyone's going to be super excited about doing that right off the bat. There may be some apprehension. Remember that people coming into our learning spaces and places are bringing with them the good things that they've experienced in prior educational experiences as well as the bad things. It can be hard to figure out how do I work well with people who are different than me.
