How Does Your Outbound Origination Work in Private Equity?
I would imagine that in the early days a lot of your new fund raises were your team reaching out and getting to know funds or people that are about to raise funds. I was instrumental in implementing sort of an outbound origination effort that we started doing about 10 years ago where we get hyper focus it start with the LP you know what are the LP's looking for and then we will assign a team, map out the entire landscape of various fund managers which is still on our DNA today. We don't take on just anybody as I mentioned earlier we've got capacity to do call it 16 different funds a year but really limit our capacity by how many things we can launch in a given quarter
