The 80/20 Principle, Is That Really Imperative?
It took us over a year to figure out what the true company rocks are. The data tracking has made each job to have a measurable with it, so team members know how they're performing. Having quarderly goals or rocks, in line with what the company division is, and having a framework for weekly meetings and cordial reviews. Those are the big takeaways. And things which actually have worked. I think there's certain things you can implement in e us which ar going to have outsize returns compared to something else.
