The Importance of Prayer
In order to pray you have to pause right yeah and I think that paradoxically we often see sloth in the form of feverish activity. A lot of us have come up with folks who are involved in ecclesial ministries but who are gripped by a quiet despair it's almost as if they're engaged in those ministries because they suspect that God cannot change the world. The antidote to real sloth is not activity is actual proper leisure, says Marie Kondo.
