Leaders Have to Actively Deconstruct Their Authority
If you're constantly telling how you screwed up, you might not come across as much of a leader or someone that the people would follow. I think the best way to use it is when you build it around learning. Leaders have to actively kind of deconstruct their authority. We're deeply, there's part of us, all human beings, that is deeply authoritarian and that desires and puts people above us sometimes.
