Having the language to recognize those things is really important, and then having a framework by which you can discuss them is really important. So i think one of the rolls for clinical ethical advisory groups, or clinical ethics groups in hospitals are actually to help people have that language. And so this is actually teaching us how to think slightly differently. It's not the same as following a resuscitation agarithm, where you do a, if this and b, if it's is whatever. It't not like that.
