Are Triage Teams Ethical?

A triage team is a special team of health care professionals principally doctors although it may include ethics committee members and so on. They make decisions about when patients come to the door of the hospital the ER or whatever where are they going to treatment. The goal I think is to have to make these decisions effectively with people who have competence probably in ICU levels of care very efficiently because they're doing it all day consistently. With any great power you know you have to make sure to use responsibly.
