When did you realize that this was a passion for you, a helping people and companies unlock their creative abilities? So i was very, a lucky, just in terms of life timing, that when i was a grad student at sanford, the d school was getting started. And so i had this moment about 15 years ago where i realized, like, oh, there are a lot of people who are hungry for more creative practices.
