The Importance of Inclusion in Product Design

The Xbox Adaptive Controller is an incredible device. It was designed and built, embracing the practice of inclusive design right down to the packaging. There's a lot of room for innovation that comes from working specifically with people with disabilities. We've all got to be willing to do the work so that everybody can use the things that we're creating.
