The Active Wrath of God in the New Economy

With the death of Jesus Christ in history, God shifted his relationship to the cosmos to the world. So that now you and I do not experience the active wrath of God. This is called divine abandonment. It is where God becomes uninvited long enough that he then says, I'm going to let you see what life looks like without me.
