Hospital Food - A Turning Point
Our third finalists in the BBC Food and Farming Awards Innovation category. To meet them we went back to a classroom at Washingborough Academy School, Lincolnshire. With head teacher Jason Aruk, I met some year one and two pupils aged five to seven. The children had gathered in front of a display of vegetables, firstly projected onto a whiteboard, and then to a table nearby where the real things were waiting. And you can hear more about that hospital food story in an edition made by my colleague Sheila Dillon a few weeks ago.
