Berto: I do like a very similar process. Like getting into like, okay, why did it happen? Kind of like I mentioned. And if it's no big issue, we just move on. If you genuinely are just hungry, you don't have to force yourself to eat. Just listen to your body because when you're not super lean, if you over eat one day, typically your appetite adjusts accordingly the next day and you're not as hungry. Who knows? Maybe that the overeating you had the one day will carry over two days. It will balance out. But my whole thing is I just don't force it to balance out.
