I Really Liked the Chapters of the Book

The aim of this part of the book is really to replace this instrumental view of the employee, or the human subject. And i actually er enjoyed the way they structure these chapters. It's mostly like a litte review of, you know, what was the research so far,. and how can we kind of synthesize that? I would actually have reversed them, because one is: What are the motivations of an organization member? To participate, to be part of the organization, or to liave. So i would see that a step too.
