The Case of the Ax Man

The ax man struck again in March 1919, killing a two-year-old girl. He waited until police gave up and there was less security around. The public were 'fawning' on false stories of the Ax Man because they thought he had been caught. But when it came to his own daughter's death, no one could find him.
