The Rise of the Gadsden Flag

In 2010, a Tea Party loyalist unfurled a don't tread on me flag from a balcony of the capital to protest President Barack Obama's health care legislation. A postal worker filed a complaint of racial discrimination against a co-worker who wore a cap sporting the Gadsden flag.
