Non Linear Growth

The arc of almost any roll, any job, is about three to five years. In eeto five years, you've pretty much figured out how to do that job. A colleague introduced this idea of a personal s curve in her book, disrup yourself. At that peak, when you get bored, you start to flatline. That's when i believe a curve ender can dramatically change your trajectory and really help you create that next growth journey.
