I'm a big fan of the measles vaccine, but I have never gotten the measles vaccine because I had measles as a young child. So there's no reason for me to get vaccinated. HIV is a very different type of virus because HIV sort of destroys the immune system. If you take either viruses, you get either lifelong protections. But then for coronaviruses, you have not complete protections. You can get it again, but you will not get it for seriously because you already have protection against serious disease. It's almost comical how your Wikipedia page has been edited by lunatics, maybe Anthony Fauci.
